"Ever since I was young I've always been interested in style and the latest clothing but it wasn't until early 2016 that I started developing my line, 'KRU.' Early in the brand's development I found a lot of inspiration from Virgil Abloh & Gosha Rubchinsky, both of which continue to inspire. In addition to this, it actually stood for Keep Reaching Up, as well as the first three letters of my last name, "KRU." Since then I have dropped the tagged line but I often still use it in random references or designs.
This brand means the world to me. When I first started developing this brand, it was simply a line where I could sell clothes. Now, it has taken a completely different shape for me. I now view it as a blank canvas to display my artistic and designing talent while simultaneously trying to aid other creatives reach their goals & fullest potentials." - GRANT KRUSZEWSKI @grant_kru
